Pacific Northwest Adventures: Douglas Falls, Washington

Douglas Falls is well known for it's trails, bridge, picnicking, and camping. We first observed others swimming in a pool of water below the falls. Above the falls, the water is shallow. We walked through it to the other side.

Where The Falls Drops Off
The nature loop trail will take you to a bridge crossing about a mile below the falls. There are quiet picnicking spots near the water nestled away in the trees along with several camping spots to choose from and enjoy. The location is easy to get to, and there are several access point signs so you can easily get to and from any location.
